jj44 Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of jj44.app, including all games, features, promotions and services available on the platform. By registering an account or using any part of jj44.app, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

• Deposited funds are intended for gaming activity on jj44 only.

Withdrawal requests on jj44 are processed in PKR back to the same payment method used for the original deposit. This applies to JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and bank transfers. If you deposited via multiple methods, jj44 will allocate the withdrawal proportionally across those methods.

Standard withdrawal processing times on jj44 are as follows:

• JazzCash / Easypaisa: Typically processed within a few hours of approval.
• Raast: Usually instant or near-instant once approved.
• Bank Transfer: One to three working days depending on the receiving bank.

Withdrawals require that your account is verified and that any active bonus wagering requirements have been met. Withdrawal requests submitted before bonus requirements are complete will be held until the requirements are fulfilled or the bonus is forfeited.

jj44 does not charge a fee on standard withdrawals. Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply and are shown in your account dashboard. VIP members receive higher limits based on their current tier.

• Exploiting software bugs, errors or malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage — any such gains must be reported to support immediately.
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or abuse bonus systems.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering or financial fraud.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing jj44 staff or other players through any communication channel.

jj44 may suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision within these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Evidence of fraudulent, abusive or prohibited activity as described in Section 8.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• A court order, regulatory instruction or law enforcement request.

If your account is closed for a policy breach, any real-money balance remaining may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation confirms no wrongdoing, any eligible balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Bonus balances are not returned in cases of policy breach.
